Medical Records The worker is assured access to his or her medical records maintained by their employers or by outside contractors. Medical records include: Medical and employment questionnaires or histories (including job description and occupational exposures). Results of medical examinations (pre-employment, pre-assignment, periodic or episodic) and laboratory tests (including X-ray examinations and all biological monitoring).
