  1. MANAGEMENT       1. MANAGEMENT CONCEPT Management is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives. Management comprises planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization (a group of one or more people or entities) or effort for the purpose of accomplishing a goal. Resourcing encompasses the deployment and manipulation of human resources, financial resources, technological resources, and natural resources. Because organisations can be viewed as systems, management can also be defined as human action, including design, to facilitate the production of useful outcomes from a system. This view opens the opportunity to 'manage' oneself, a pre-requisite to attempting to manage others Management can also refer to the person or people who perform the act(s) of management. 2. MANAGER CONCEPT Managers are taking responsibility to lead, leader, guide management activities for an organization or group certain objects managed through the use of different resources, human resources, financial The main materials, knowledge and intangible value to organizations that do complete certain goals. An organization or group can manage objects in the manufacturing or service, business or nonprofit, private sector or public sector. THE STANDARD OF GOOD MANAGER 1. Mission: Manager get to work perfect sensew.Connect to work to be done with the meaning why plan to succed with aviable business model, so pepple always see realistic possibility. Encourage people to work on the enterprise with you, not just within it. Vision: Managers expect and promote to exceptional. Never settle for mediocrity champion excellence so people rise to the occasion lead mentor and coach.Harness energy and drive action. Do with, not for poster sequential and consequential learning so people continue to grow. METHODS BECOME A GOOD MANAGER To become good managers Many people said that peo ple are not necessarily the best professional management.
