am a policy and action researcher for sustainable development, especially in mountainous ethnic minority areas in Vietnam and Mekong region. Many people expect me to become a state officer. Though I feel happy to work in a private research and development organization. I have opportunity to observe, connect between different cultures, between the most developed world (domestic and abroad experts, scientists, lecturers, students) and the pure, inceptive world (ethnic groups in remote areas of Mekong region). I increasingly insightfully understand that many ethnic wisdoms, knowledge, which are worthily respected. A lot of Westerners want to orient to find out traditional extant values, so that to ‘think globaly, act locally'. Unfortunately, many people in the mainstream could not recognize and lose their inherent values. I believe in the causal theory, that if you are kind hearted, you will enjoy good effects or will leave blessing to your children. I believe in the wealth of knowledge, not merely money. So I do not rush for making money and be pleased with what I have. Hopefully I can contribute a voice and inspiration for essential transparency, freedom, democracy. Ở đây tôi có cơ hội, giao diện kết nối giữa các nền văn hoá, giữa thế giới hiện đại nhất (các chuyên gia, nhà khoa học, giảng viên, các bạn sinh viên nước ngoài) với thế giới thuần khiết, sơ khai nhất còn tồn tại (đồng bào dân tộc vùng sâu, vùng xa).
