In this paper we introduce the stratified reference lookup interface that has been incorporated into the source text area of the system, which distinguishes three user awareness levels depending on the type and nature of the reference unit. The different awareness levels are assigned to reference units from a variety of reference sources, according to the criteria of “composition”, “difficulty”, “speciality” and “resource type”.

  • Economic hit men {EHMs) are highly paid professionals who cheat countries around the globe out of trillions of dollars. They funnel money from the World Bank, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and other foreign "aid" organizations into the coffers of huge corporations and the pockets of a few wealthy families who control the planet's natural resources. Their tools include fraudulent financial reports, rigged elections, payoffs, extortion, sex, and murder.

In IDA 13, each borrower was subject to a cap of grant funding equivalent to 40 percent of its total IDA allocation.

  • Development planning is a contested terrain, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa. Historically, the approach to African development has been externally oriented. For the past four decades, the subcontinent has been negotiating its development with external partners. More often than not, this has meant that the process, instruments and outcomes of development have been determined by external partners, rather than by African societies and their leaders.
