More and more evidence of global climate warming, sea level rise, droughts, floods and climate extremes are recorded. In Vietnam, the manifestation of climate change (CC) is often considered as changing the level and trend of variation of main climatic elements and sea level. However, Vietnam climate influenced by the characteristics of atmospheric circulation in the Earth climate system.
Climate dynamicists generally characterize the Hadley circulation in
terms of some derived meteorological parameters, such as the mass stream
function (the nondivergent part of the flow) or the velocity potential (the
divergent circulation), both of which are based on measurements of the
three-dimensional wind field. Yet, we know very little about how such indices
have varied in the past—beyond the most recent decades.
Cyclones are a key element of the atmospheric circulation in
the midlatitudes (Carlson, 1998). Cyclogenesis, for which a
ﬁrst conceptual model was presented by the Bergen school
(Bjerknes, 1910), occurs most frequently at the polar front.

It brings the observed nature of the circulation together with theories and simple models of the mechanisms which drive it. Early chapters concentrate on the classical view of the global circulation, on the processes which generate atmospheric motions and on the dynamical constraints which modify them. The litho-hydrodynamic and environmental conditions in the Vietnamese coastal estuarine basin are significantly affected by the land-ocean-atmosphere interaction processes whish tide has a determining role. Application of the coupled 1D, 2D and 3D modeling system could resolve this complicated problem but
it requires other solutions related with the boundary and coupling conditions.
Over the past few decades numerous studies have shown an alarming increase in the
concentration of atmospheric particular matter called aerosols resulting from a variety
of human activities, ranging from agricultural to combustion of fossil fuels. Besides
having serious impacts on the health of all living creatures, these particles can affect
planetary radiation budget. Consequences of this change include global temperature

descriptions of a variety of modeling studies for a variety of geographic regions by an
