Effective solutions to water quality challenges exist and have
been implemented in a number of places. It is time for a
global focus on protecting and improving the quality of the
world’s freshwater resources. There are three fundamental
solutions to water quality problems: (1) prevent pollution; (2)
treat polluted water; and (3) restore ecosystems.
Apart from the multiple alignment construction
problem, a fully automatic approach also has to
provide a clustering, and to work for multidomain
proteins, deﬁne domain boundaries. For instance,
the Domainer algorithm,
10 which performs the clus-
tering of domain families based on all versus all
Blastp matching, is a fully automatic approach that
was used for building the ProDom database. We are
most familiar with the Domainer method but believe
that other automated sequence clustering approaches
share similar drawbacks.
In this paper, a new conceptual model for the above problem was developed and the effect of different types of boundary conditions such as sea effect on the right side of the domain, tidal effect on the top of the domain, rainfall and evaporation effect on the top boundary at the upland was studied.

This paper presents a Bayesian decision framework that performs automatic story segmentation based on statistical modeling of one or more lexical chain features. Automatic story segmentation aims to locate the instances in time where a story ends and another begins. A lexical chain is formed by linking coherent lexical items chronologically. A story boundary is often associated with a significant number of lexical chains ending before it, starting after it, as well as a low count of chains continuing through it.
The heightened interest in pain management is making the need for appropriate boundary setting
within the clinician–patient relationship even more apparent. Unfortunately, it is impossible to
determine before hand, with any degree of certainty, who will become problematic users of pre-
scription medications. With this in mind, a parallel is drawn between the chronic pain management
paradigm and our past experience with problems identifying the “at-risk” individuals from an
infectious disease model.
