Research objectives: Studying and evaluation of active queue management mechanisms to find out the advantages and disadvantages of each mechanism, in order to classify and evaluate application performance for mechanisms and using fuzzy logic to improve active queue management mechanism; the results of the first goals is to perform study motivation first and will be the foundation for the theory and simulation improvements of the thesis.
Over the course of roughly a year, after completing my first book, I resurrected an old
pet project of building an autonomous submarine (referred to as the E-2 project) with
certain fairly challenging functionality requirements. In the course of developing this

This paper describes a system for managing: dialogue in a natural language interface. The proposed approach uses a dialogue manager as the overall control mechanism. The dialogue manager accesses domain independent resources for interpretation, generation and background system access. It also uses information from domain dependent knowledge sources, which are customized for various applications.
