The design of disconnection modules provides a clean
front panel. The insulation displacement contacts for the
wire and the disconnection spring contacts are recessed
inside the module, so accidental contact of the module
with a metallic tool like a screwdriver will not cause any
ADC’s Optical Normal Through Panel is the latest addition to its Pro Patch line of broadcast
patching products. This fiber panel is designed to provide patch by exception, normal through
functionality, similar to copper-based patch panels. Traditional fiber patch panels require a fiber
jumper to be in place at all times. With this newly designed panel, however, all fiber “Source”
and “Destination” connections are on the rear of the panel, with a normal through connection
between the “Source” and “Destination” ports.
ADC’s 8-inch FCM solution utilizes a traditional frame designed to fit
a variety of termination, splice and storage applications. This rear load
frame is built to ensure commonality with patch cord routing, slack
storage and fiber protection. It is shipped complete with enhanced
front cable management, top and bottom troughs. Available accessories
include interbay management panels (IMPs), rear slack storage, etc.
The NS2 is a two reader panel providing access control for up
to two doors through the use of Wiegand readers.
The NS2 may be used as a standalone panel with independent
card and transaction storage or, with a software upgrade, as a
fully monitored online access control device. Communication
to the front-end computer is achieved through an RS-232 serial
cable (included with installation kit) or an optional RS-485
interface. Each RS-485 interface is capable of communicating
with up to 31 panels.

reconfiguring DS1 (1.544 Mbps) and DS1C (3.152 Mbps) circuits. The front cross-connect panel provides
jack access and cross-connections on the front and IN/OUT equipment terminations on the rear of the
panel. The rear cross-connect panel has jacks on the front with the cross-connect and IN/OUT equipment
terminations on the back of the panel.
