  • A clear understanding of rock stress and its effect on permeability is important in a coupled simulation where fluid production causes a significant increase in the effective stress within a reservoir. Changing the in-situ rock stress state can alter the reservoir properties. As a result, porosity and permeability could be affected due to the rearrangement of rock particles and the redistribution of sensitive pore structures. It is known that permeability is more sensitive to stress changes than porosity.

  • In this article, iron nanoparticles were synthesized by reduction of FeCl3.6H2O 0,045M using NaBH4 0,25M. Characteristics of obtained iron particales were studied by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction method (XRD) and BET specific surface area, and maximum benzen adsorption. The TEM results of synthesized iron nanoparticales show that iron particles are spherical in shape and connected in chains, the particale size is about 3 - 50nm. The X-ray results show that synthesized nanoparticles is iron at 44.720.

The Air NEPM 1-day standard for PM10 is 50 µg/m3 and is not to be exceeded more than five times a year at any one site. The number of allowed exceedences takes into account bushfires and similar natural events and necessary bushfire hazard reduction burning. In 2001, exceedences occurred on 8 days in Sydney and 5 days in both the Lower Hunter and the Illawarra.

Only one industrial complex still uses residual oil, and it is slated to soon change to gas. Gasoline-powered vehicles were required to have catalytic converters after 1990, and unleaded fuel was introduced at that time to provide cleaner emissions.

This physical parameter of free energy reflects the fact that chemical reactivity increases rapidly as particle size diminishes.
