This research aims to analyze the use of ecommerce and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), especially the supply chain strategy for Small Business Enterprises (SMEs) as an effort to strengthen business competitiveness. This study uses an experimental design by providing intervention to respondents. Descriptive analysis was carried out to reflect the data obtained from the process of identifying the profiles of several SMEs and this study involved 40 SMEs in Yogyakarta.

The aim of this paper "Methodological approaches for assessing the link between supply chain and organizational culture" is to expand the knowledge of buyer-supplier relationships by investigating the extent to which organisational cultural fit between a buyer and supply chain participants influences performance. Findings demonstrate that complementarity rather than congruence between the supply chain partners achieved successful performance outcomes.

Epigenetic characterization of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) is an emerging approach for detecting and characterizing diseases such as cancer. We developed a strategy using nanopore-based single-molecule sequencing to measure cfDNA methylomes. This approach generated up to 200 million reads for a single cfDNA sample from cancer patients, an order of magnitude improvement over existing nanopore sequencing methods.

Although temozolomide (TMZ) has been used as a standard adjuvant chemotherapeutic agent for primary glioblastoma (GBM), treating isocitrate dehydrogenase wild-type (IDH-wt) cases remains challenging due to intrinsic and acquired drug resistance.

Systemic and local profiles have each been associated with asthma, but parsing causal relationships between system-wide and airway-specific processes can be challenging. We sought to investigate systemic and airway processes in asthma and their causal relationships.

Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) have identified several risk loci, but many remain unknown. Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers may aid in gene discovery and we previously demonstrated that six CSF biomarkers (β-amyloid, total/phosphorylated tau, NfL, YKL-40, and neurogranin) cluster into fve principal components (PC), each representing statistically independent biological processes.

Malaria continues to be a major threat to global public health. Whole genome sequencing (WGS) of the underlying Plasmodium parasites has provided insights into the genomic epidemiology of malaria. Genome sequencing is rapidly gaining traction as a diagnostic and surveillance tool for clinical settings, where the profiling of co-infections, identification of imported malaria parasites, and detection of drug resistance are crucial for infection control and disease elimination.

In China, ~1,072,100 small for gestational age (SGA) births occur annually. These SGA newborns are a high-risk population of developmental delay. Our study aimed to evaluate the genetic profile of SGA newborns in the newborn intensive care unit (NICU) and establish a prognosis prediction model by combining clinical and genetic factors.

As normal cells transform into cancers, their cell state changes, which may drive cancer cells into a stem-like or more primordial, foetal, or embryonic cell state. The transcriptomic profile of this final state may encode information about cancer’s origin and how cancers relate to their normal cell counterparts.

Dose-limiting toxicities significantly impact the benefits/risk profile of many drugs. Whole genome sequencing (WGS) in patients receiving drugs with dose-limiting toxicities can identify therapeutic hypotheses to prevent these toxicities. Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is a common dose-limiting neurological toxicity of chemotherapies with no effective approach for prevention.

Spatiotemporal heterogeneity originating from genomic and transcriptional variation was found to contribute to subtype switching in isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 wild-type glioblastoma (GBM) prior to and upon recurrence. Fluorescence-guided neurosurgical resection utilizing 5-aminolevulinic acid (5ALA) enables intraoperative visualization of infiltrative tumors outside the magnetic resonance imaging contrast-enhanced regions.

The rapid advancement of single-cell transcriptomics in neurology has allowed for profiling of post-mortem human brain tissue across multiple diseases. Over the past 3 years, several studies have examined tissue from donors with and without diagnoses of Alzheimer’s disease, highlighting key changes in cell type composition and molecular signatures associated with pathology and, in some cases, cognitive decline.

Children with relapsed central nervous system (CNS tumors), neuroblastoma, sarcomas, and other rare solid tumors face poor outcomes. This prospective clinical trial examined the feasibility of combining genomic and transcriptomic profiling of tumor samples with a molecular tumor board (MTB) approach to make real‑time treatment decisions for children with relapsed/refractory solid tumors.
