A straightforward way for cross-language document summarization is to translate the summary from the source language to the target language by using machine translation services. However, though machine translation techniques have been advanced a lot, the machine translation quality is far from satisfactory, and in many cases, the translated texts are hard to understand.
The lake ecosystem of Hanoi has a very important role. However, the water quality in the lakes of Hanoi is declining; they're more and more polluted. Among that, eutrophication is the most popular one. Therefore, the assessment and prediction of eutrophication is necessary. One of the effective tools for assessing and predicting eutrophycation is the use of mathematical models. In this paper, we used the Vollenweider model, empirical watershed model and Jorgensen model to determine the eutrophycation of Bay Mau Lake by phosphorous concentration in the lake water.
Text prediction is the task of suggesting text while the user is typing. Its main aim is to reduce the number of keystrokes that are needed to type a text. The wide proliferation of wireless communications unavoidably leads to the scarcity
of frequency spectra. On one hand, wireless users become increasingly difficult to find
available frequency bands for communications. On the other hand, many preallocated
frequency bands are ironically under-utilized and thus the resources there are simply
wasted. This situation leads to the introduction of cognitive radio, which was
proposed in the last decade to address this dilemma.
In the study performed by Purushotham et al. (2011) showed that about 28% of total
hardness in the study site exceeded the desirable limits at 600 mg L-1. Naturally, the water
hardness is due to the presence of alkaline earths such as calcium (Ca) and magnesium
(Mg). Excess of magnesium affects the soil quality, which results in poor crops yield. The

changes, but also to determine the uncertainty surrounding them.

This paper used the Vollenweider model, Empirical watershed model and Jorgensen model to determine the eutrophycation of West Lake by Phosphorous concentration in the lake water. The results given by the models show that the ability of Eutrophication of West Lake is very high, because the content of Phosphorous in the lake exceed allowable value of standard (0.03mg/l) many times.
The use of implants has, little by little, been imposed
on the world of dentistry. Some years ago,

asked implant patients to sign a consent form to
release the dentist from all responsibility in case of
failure. Then, one day a patient in France sued his
dentist for having prepared his teeth for a fixed
partial denture without suggesting the implant alternative.
The patient won the case. Soon it might
be necessary to ask patients to sign a form indicating
that they have refused implant treatment.
The available data does, however, suggest that present PM10 values exceed the recommended limit values
in the majority of Member States. In future projections, planned actions should be taken into
consideration. These include the SOx and NOx Protocols within UNECE and the Auto-Oil programme.
