  • Tungsten oxide film was deposited on ITO-coated glass by using RF magnetron sputtering method from WO3 ceramic target. Thin film preparation – process took place in Ar + O2 plasma. The dependence of tungsten oxide film structure on experiment conditions was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) Raman spectroscopy. In this paper, we considered that the thickness of ITO layers about 150nm to 350nm clearly effects on the Raman and XRD spectrograms of WO3 films.

  • A new functionalized conducting poly(5-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone-co-5-hydroxy-3-acetic acid-1,4-naphthoquinone) with electroactive quinone group was studied by in situ Raman spectroscopy. The Raman results confirmed a good reversible transformation between two structures: quinoid and hydroquinoid ones during reduction-oxidation processes.

  • The conducting polymer poly(5-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone-co-5-hydroxy-3-acetic acid-1,4- naphthoquinone) with electroactive quinone group was investigated by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) in aqueous medium. The evaluations of parameters of equivalent circuit in term of applied potential were considered. The simulated EIS data presented a good agreement with the results obtained by other electrochemical methods.
