Management employ adequately qualified technical personnel and allot them to the supervisory jobs, whereas basic control of the raw materials, men, machinery procurement, devising policies etc. is controlled by the top management.
A modern hatchery for clams (M. lyrata) spat production has been established at the Aquaculture Research Institute of the North Central Division (ARSINC) with all necessary infrastructure. A lot of the success of oyster spats have been produced using these facilities. Hatcheries can be used for commercial production of both controversy and research and development.
The main objective of the project is to develop and expand clam technology (production of seeds and livestock) to sustain the livelihoods of poor farmers in coastal North Central Province and develop a management strategy contributes sustainable water use clam aquaculture to improve the use of wastewater tomtrang camp. Significant progress has been made in this section. Key findings are listed below.

Models Husbandary Clam: Clam Culture in different environmental and ecological conditions
This is documented research report technical cooperation between the South Australian Research and Development Institute (Sardi) and the Aquaculture Research Institute of the North Central (ARSINC). This report is intended for a wide audience, especially the Vietnam Farmers, researchers and students.
They clam approximately 500 species, widely distributed in coastal intertidal zone of tropical temperate countries. Our country has about 40 species of 7 breed groups, distributed along the coast from north to south.
Northern coastal areas have clam oil (Meretrix lime), clam password (Meretrix llusoria Rumplius). Southern coastal areas have clam (Meretrix lyrata Sowerby).
Clams are mollusks team has great potential in the tide country. Culture technique is not complicated, short cycle, investment less valuable export.
