This book highlights new insights into the replication process in eukaryotes, from the assembly of pre-replication complex and features of DNA replication origins, through polymerization mechanisms, to propagation of epigenetic states. It also covers cell cycle control of replication initiation and includes the latest on mechanisms of replication in prokaryotes. The association between genome replication and transcription is also addressed.

This chapter describes how to log into the CSS and configure an IP address,
subnet mask, and default route. Included in this chapter is a description of the
system software. It also contains information on using the Offline Diagnostic
Monitor (Offline DM) menu. Information in this chapter applies to all CSS
models except where noted.
CSS software is available in a Standard or Enhanced feature set.

Our methodology is based on a dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE)
calibrated model augmented with endogenous market structures in line with recent
developments in the macroeconomic literature (see Etro, 2009, for a survey). This
model is perturbed with a realistic structural change to the cost structure, with the
