A key task for any interdisciplinary field such as law and development is to determine what
each discipline aims to gain fromits interaction with the other. Law and development certainly
seeks to ensure that development considerations are taken into account by lawyers, and that
legal considerations are taken into account by those who study development.
In Vietnam, after the conversion from the command economy to market economy, the local enterprises faced many difficulties in strategic management. Businesses need to research, develop a strategic tool to have enough flexibility to respond to market changes. A business strategy must be formulated on the basis of analysis and forecast opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, helping businesses obtain general information about the external and internal business environment.
Viettel Group is one successful model of change to the market economy.
The last two decades have witnessed an extensive growth in foreign direct investment
(FDI) flows to developing countries. This has been accompanied by an increase in
competition amongst the developing countries to attract FDI, resulting in a rise in
investment incentives offered by the host governments and removal of restrictions on
operations of foreign firms in their countries. This has also led to an ever-increasing
number of bilateral investment treaties (BITs) and regional agreements on...
To conduct the complete top-down and competitive analyses, develop alternative strategies and select a prioritized set of strategies that will ensure a competitive advantage for Viettel mobile in the period of 2011-2015.
Subject & Scope of the study
- Subject: Viettel group & other competitive companies in the mobile telecommunication industry.
- Scope: Basing on specific statistics on the macro environment, industry and organizational environment of the Viettel from 2005 to 2010 and orientation until 2015....
This paper considers the main elements of the standard pattern of fi nancial liberalization that
has become widely prevalent in developing countries. The theoretical arguments in favour of such liberalization are considered and critiqued, and the political economy of such measures is discussed. The problems for developing countries, with respect to fi nancial fragility and the greater propensity to crisis, as well as the negative defl ationary and developmental effects, are discussed.
Research purpose: The thesis clarifies fundamental theoretical matters and the real situation of the education and training to the development of hight-quality human resources; recommends a number of directions and solutions to bring into full play the role of education and training in the development of hight-quality human resources in Vietnam at present.
This volume aims to provide the fundamental knowledge to appreciate the advantages of the J-matrix method and to encourage its use and further development. The J-matrix method is an algebraic method of quantum scattering with substantial success in atomic and nuclear physics. The accuracy and convergence property of the method compares favourably with other successful scattering calculation methods. Despite its thirty-year long history new applications are being found for the J-matrix method.
Levine explains what the financial system does and how it affects, and is affected by, economic growth. Theory suggests that financial instruments, markets, and institutions arise to mitigate the effects of information and transaction costs. A growing literature shows that differences in how well financial systems reduce information and transaction costs influence savings rates, investment decisions, technological innovation, and long-run growth rates. A less developed theoretical literature shows how changes in economic activity can influence financial systems.
If a method’s name contains alloc, copy or new, then it returns a retained object. Balance calls to alloc, copy, new or retain with calls to release or autorelease. Early returns can make this very difficult to do! Every technique and measure is described
and demonstrated in the context of important underlying financial and economic
concepts, but without delving into theoretical abstraction.
Research objectives: On the basis of the systematizing theoretical and practical issues in humanresources for industrialization and modernization associated with the development of the knowledge - based economy, the thesis analyses, assesses the situation of human resources for industry of modernization associated with the development of the knowledge - based economy in the Province of Thua Thien - Hue.
Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations have played increasing roles in our
understanding of physical and chemical processes of complex systems and in
advancing science and technology. Over the past forty years, MD simulations have
made great progress from developing sophisticated theories for treating complex
systems to broadening applications to a wide range of scientific and technological
fields. The chapters of Molecular Dynamics are a reflection of the most recent progress
in the field of MD simulations....
In recent years, biometrics has developed rapidly with its worldwide applications for daily life. New trends and novel developments have been proposed to acquire and process many different biometric traits. The ignored challenges in the past and potential problems need to be thought together and deeply integrated. The key objective of the book is to keep up with the new technologies on some recent theoretical development as well as new trends of applications in biometrics.
Pro XML Development with Java Technology has been written to help you, the professional Java developer who needs a practical hands-on guide to marrying these technologies together effectively. There are a lot of books out there, but none really explore the combination deeply, and they are largely theoretical. The main objective here was to consolidate the theory and practice of XML and Java technologies in a single, up-to-date source, that is firmly grounded in underlying XML concepts, and can be consulted time and again to rapidly speed up enterprise application development!...
For a long time economists have warned that abundant natural resources are bad for economic development because their exploitation stunts manufacturing exports, favours rent-seeking activities by politically well-connected people, and generally leads to unsustainable policies for which, as so often, the poor end up paying the price with lost growth and opportunity. But over the last few years the so-called resource curse has been revisited as historically uninformed, theoretically unsatisfactory, empirically incorrect, and largely useless for development policy....
Purpose and task of the research: research purpose the study aims to clarify the theoretical and practical foundations of the development and adoption of legal normative documents by State administrative agencies in the People’s Democratic Republic of Laos, through which indicates results, limitations and causes of the development of legal normative documents by State administrative agencies in Laos in order to propose solutions to enhance the quality of the development and adoption of legal normative documents by these agencies.
a new sentence realization framework for text-to-text applications. This framework uses IDL-expressions as a representation formalism, and a generation mechanism based on algorithms for intersecting IDL-expressions with probabilistic language models. We present both theoretical and empirical results concerning the correctness and efficiency of these algorithms.
Logistics Finance has achieved good results in the theoretical study and practical application. However, more macro and micro factors restrict the de elopment of logistics financial services, credit system is incomplete, no uniform industry standard, the flaw of enterprise management system, the lack of innovativespirit and talent and other factors have become important factors constraining service development.
