This is a radical book.
It was radical when it was published in 1910, and it is radical today.
When I first read The Science of Being Well, I thought, OF COURSE!
This is brilliant! Everyone should read this book! You may have a similar reaction
to this book if youve read Mr. Wattles first book, The Science of Getting
Rich, or if you believe that both thought and behavior affect health.

Positive human functioning is perhaps most remarkable when evident
in contexts of significant life challenge and adversity. It is then, when
individuals are being tested, that much becomes known about human
strengths—what they are, how they come about, how they are nurtured or
undermined. The growing literature on human resilience addresses this
juxtaposition of being well in the face of difficulty.
When I reflect on my roles as a nurse, I identify my “raison d’ être´”—my most
fundamental reason for being a nurse—as caring about my patients and promoting
their wellness. I think about the many ways in which I use my nursing
skills to help bring new life into this world; facilitate healing of body, mind, and
spirit; and provide comfort during times of illness and death. Then my thoughts
focus on the challenge of reconciling my ideals of having time to provide holistic
care with the harsh realities inherent in the hurry and scurry of my job.

The Constraint Language for Lambda Structures (CLLS) is an expressive tree description language. It provides a uniform framework for underspecified semantics, covering scope, ellipsis, and anaphora. Efficient algorithms exist for the sublanguage that models scope. But so far no terminating algorithm exists for sublanguages that model ellipsis. We introduce well-nested parallelism constraints and show that they solve this problem.

The FK operator method is used for solving the Schrödinger equation of a two dimensional sextic double well oscillator. We obtain the exact numerical energies for any quantum states with the precision of up to six decimal places. The FORTRAN program for automatically calculating the solutions is made and tested for the states of the principal quantum number up to hundreds.

The search for oil occurs in geological sediments, as opposed to volcanic rocks. Several
processes are involved in the creation of sediments. First, the inland continental volcanic rock is
continuously being weakened and eroded by weathering processes (mechanical (through water,
ice and wind) and chemical erosion). Secondly and simultaneously, the eroded material is being
transported by water, ice and wind and gradually the material may be broken down into smaller
pieces (from boulders to gravel, to sand, to silt and finally to clay).
