Through the analysis of<br /> practical examples using the Praat software, the article has proved that the tones of Chinese and<br /> Vietnamese interjections are peculiar, which are very different from the tones of other kinds of<br /> words in the same language system. When used in the utterance, under the influence of<br /> intonation, the tone of interjections in the Chinese and Vietnamese language can create different<br /> variations. Accordingly, the article also proposes a number of applications relating to the<br /> phonetic characteristics in the teaching of Chinese interjection.<br /> Key words: Interjection; the phonetic; the tone; Chinese; Vietnamese.<br /> 1.
