Effect of alpha-tocopherol on biochemical parameters in commercial broilers during heat stress

The objective of this study was to quantify plasma ascorbic acid, plasma albumin, plasma glucose, breast muscle pH, thio-barbituric acid value during heat stress in commercial broilers. A total number of 96 birds were randomly divided into 4 groups and each group consist of 12 birds in two replicates.
