Human-Robot Personal Relationships

After two successful editions of the HRPR conference, it was a challenge to meet the high expectations that were raised. This challenge contributed to and fueled the organizational and scientific work that made HRPR 2010, the Third International Conference on Human – Robot Personal Relationships, the success it became. Since long ago, thoughts of personal relationships between man and artificial beings have been food for myths, speculation, fear, ridicule, entertainment, and science.
