Performance of sunflower as influenced by establishment technique and weed management

Field experiments were conducted during rabi seasons of 2015 and 2016 at Teaching Farm, College of Agriculture, Extended Campus of BCKV, Burdwan, West Bengalto find out the effect of different establishment techniques and weed management practices in sunflower. The experiment was laid out in split plot design with four replications. Main plot treatment consisted of two establishment methods, viz. E1: Conventional sowing and E2: Micro pot technique.
