The purpose of paper study were to study the development of pattern for supply chain in digital for manpower management in higher education institutions and evaluation of the pattern . The sample group in this study consisted of ten experts using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The research findings model seven elements namely main components, Supplier, University ( Manufacturer) , Education Customers Consumers satisfaction and Feedback.

The study was conducted to investigate some physical properties of soybean at various moisture levels. The dependence of physical properties of soybean on moisture content was determined. In the moisture range from 9.98- 27.10% (wb).The soaked soybean size increased linearly in length (6.34 - 8.95 mm), width (5.42 -6.50 mm), and thickness (4.23 - 5.35 mm) according to final moisture content. Precipitation records often suffer from missing data values for certain time periods due to various reasons, one of them being the malfunctioning of rain gauges. This is an important issue in practical hydrology as it affects the continuity of rainfall data. The missing data values ultimately influence the results of hydrologic studies that use rainfall data as one of the input variables. Therefore, it is crucial to estimate the missing rainfall data for qualitative hydrologic assessment.
