  • In this paper, we propose the algorithm of computing Betweenness centrality by reduce the similar nodes in the graph in order to reducing computing time. Our experiments with graph networks result shows that the computing time of the proposed algorithm is less than Brandes algorithm. The proposed algorithm is compared with the Brandes algorithm in term of execution time.

  • Results calculated by the model seem to indicate that the conceptual hypotheses adopted are reasonable for the modelled domain and period. The simulation allows for calculation of the regional groundwater flow trends. It is also used for assessing the relative importance of the various recharge sources of the shallow aquifer system in Hanoi, and for estimating the interactions between groundwater and the Red River

  • A second problem often observed in developing countries in the credit-investment process is that loans are allocated according to political considerations or ties between bank managers and the corporate sector. This practice is problematic for two reasons: First, even if the central bank can create liquidity and the financial sector as a whole is thus not be constrained by a lack of base money, banks in developing countries are often weakly capitalized. Legal minimum capital-adequacy ratios hence limit the overall amount of loans provided by the financial sector.

  • From the historical perspective, the two central problems facing most of the developing countries are: Who should bear the burden of the costs of development? and How should these costs be shared between those in the urban and rural sectors? The inevitable conflicts between the two have, in fact, been a long standing theme, reflected in the debates, in Britain over the Corn Laws, in the United States over industrial tariffs, and in Russia over the size of the "scissors." The book provides for the first time a unifying framework within which these questions can be systematically approached.

  • The debate is also reflected in the efforts to reform the regulatory environment in response to the current financial crisis. Brunnermeier et al. (2008) also conceptually distinguish between a regulatory and a market based notion of bank capital. When examining the roots of the crisis, Greenlaw et al. (2008) argue that banks’ active management of their capital structures in relation to internal value at risk, rather than regulatory constraints, was a key destabilising factor.

Orphanides andWilliams (2003) demonstrate also on a theoretical basis how the observed overreaction of long-term interest rates to the short-term interest rate could be explained by the presence of imperfect knowledge and a perpetual learning process by agents about the structure of the economy and the policymaker preferences.
