This article studies the current state of digital library services and the opportunities and challenges in designing and providing smart digital library services for university libraries in Ho Chi Minh City. The development of digital library services of university libraries in this city is uneven. This is the cornerstone for developing smart digital library services that need to be invested in and enhanced by schools. Smart digital library services are being started by a few libraries.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the impact of the development of supply chain strategy in the tourism KEK Kelayang Cape as an alternative economy after Tin Mining. The research method is quantitative descriptive design, the number of samples used 80 SME business based on tourism. Analysis of the data using the analysis Confirmatory Factor with PLS method. Research findings indicate that the development of tourism in the Island of Belitung already provide economic impact, social and environment.

The established modified group chain acceptance sampling plans (MGChSP) only considered the consumer’s risk when developing the plans and turned down the producer’s risk, which means the established MGChSP satisfied the consumer but not the producer. Based on the above problem, this article proposes the minimum angle method for the MGChSP as the method considers both risks (consumer’s and producer’s) simultaneously. In order to develop the proposed MGChSP, the generalized exponential distribution is chosen as its lifetime distribution, and the time truncated simulation is done.

This study try to examine the effect of human resource practices (job design, training and development, compensation, performance appraisal and employee participation and communication) on employee performance in the Libyan oil and gas sector. Using the cross-sectional research approach, data were collected from a sample of 100 employees of Waha Oil Company (WOC). Multiple regression analysis technique will be used to test the study’s hypotheses. The results provided support for two out of the five hypotheses.

The aim of this is to analyze the investment behavior of Acehnese entrepreneurs by considering the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs. This study was analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach. The number of samples was 150 Aceh Entrepreneurs in 10 districts/cities in Aceh. The selected entrepreneurs who have been designated as Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP) by the Directorate General of Taxes. The sampling technique used is judgment sampling. The research data collected by using a closed questionnaire.
