This manuscript is dedicated to the study of the features of legal support for the functioning of the digital economy. The authors consider some reasons for the need to modernize legislation in the context of the development of the digital economy, as well as its concept and some of its features. Additionally, the authors studied various approaches to the legal regulation of the digital economy.

SMEs play an important role in economic development in every country. However, the growths of SMEs are hampered because of their difficulties in accessing external capital. In this context, the application of the concept of sustainable supply chain in the operation strategy of SMEs seems to be a very important function. The study is carried out in the Matlab/Simulink simulation environment, where the circuit models are constructed using hydraulic components with practical parameter settings sourced from component suppliers. The existing article demonstrates a unique methodology for assessing the performance of the supply, which could be utilized by Kazakh manufacturing companies. Relied on the past studies and on the opinions of the experts, the researcher recognized the functions of the supply chain which impact the supply chain, sustainability and manufacturing performance, and the economic growth.
