The study "Evaluating the diversity of native ornamental fishes in Dong Nai biosphere reserve, Dong Nai province, Vietnam" was conducted from May 2019 to December 2020 to investigate the diversity of native ornamental fishes in Dong Nai Biosphere Reserve (DNBR). The study identified 116 fish species belonging to 11 orders and 28 families in the water bodies of the DNBR.

Clarias gariepinus and Oreochromis niloticus are two hot-water fish species of African origin that have been recently reported to occur unnaturally in hot-water resources and springs in the Sakarya River Basin (northwestern Turkey). Within effective planning strategies to maintain native biodiversity, monitoring fishes’ well-being can be useful to evaluate the status of nonnative fish populations and their degree of adaptation to new environments.

In this study, some enzymology parameters and some antibiotics affecting the enzyme activity of 6- phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (6PGD) extracted from t the livers of fish from Lake Van (Chalcalburnus tarichi) were investigated because it is an important enzyme-producing NADPH, a reductive power, protecting the cell against the oxidative agents by producing reduced glutathione. The crude enzyme solution was obtained by using the affinity chromatography method.

The present study, carried out from September 2018 to August 2019, reports the seasonal fluctuations in the intensity of infection level of helminth parasites in the silver carp, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, reared along with native carps in ponds and other water bodies of Darbhanga , Bihar, India. The host fish were found to parasitize two monogenean ecto-parasites, Dactylogyrus vastator (in gill & skin) and Gyrodactylus elegans (in skin); one cestode (Bothriocephalus acheilognathi in intestine) and one nematode (Camallanus ophiocephali in stomach).

The exploited wild stocks should be confessed to biodiversity and genomic study to find out genetic variation and identification of fish stocks with reference to morphological, biological and physiological traits. Transcription reveals that transfer of DNA to mRNA. Translation exposes that transfer of mRNA to protein.
