The article discloses methodological approaches to quantifying the level of penetration of block chain technologies into the regional socioeconomic environment in comparison to the supply chain strategies. Based on the methods of mathematical and statistical analysis, it allows you to formalize and convert a large array of data of a qualitative order into a single scale for measuring the process under study - the level of demand in the regional socio-economic environment for block chain technology.

(BQ) Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a widespread process which works very effectively in machining of difficult-to-cut materials and alloys in die and aerospace industries with high dimensional accuracies. However, this capability could be deteriorated due to electrode wear leading to decrease of process productivity. In this study, the effect of machining parameters of EDM process including on-time, current, voltage, the engaging time between workpiece and electrode, and pre-EDM roughing on electrode wear were experimentally investigated.

The Wnt pathway controls biological processes via the regulation of target gene expression. The expression of direct Wnt target genes, e.g.cyclin D1 and MYC, is activated by the transcription factor TCF, which binds to specific sequence motifs in the promoter. Indirect target genes are regulated via transcription regulators, which are targets of the Wnt pathway.

Under explicit diophantine conditions on (α, β) ∈ R2 , we prove that the local two-point correlations of the sequence given by the values (m − α)2 + (n−β)2 , with (m, n) ∈ Z2 , are those of a Poisson process. This partly confirms a conjecture of Berry and Tabor [2] on spectral statistics of quantized integrable systems, and also establishes a particular case of the quantitative version of the Oppenheim conjecture for inhomogeneous quadratic forms of signature (2,2). The proof uses theta sums and Ratner’s classification of measures invariant under unipotent flows. ...

CONTINUOUS IMAGE MATHEMATICAL CHARACTERIZATION In the design and analysis of image processing systems, it is convenient and often necessary mathematically to characterize the image to be processed. There are two basic mathematical characterizations of interest: deterministic and statistical. In deterministic image representation, a mathematical image function is defined and point properties of the image are considered. For a statistical image representation, the image is specified by average properties.

Purpose: –Using the Process Editor to create a modified version of the sink process model. –Adding a new statistic to compute ETE delay. Overview: 1. Create modified sink process model to compute ETE delay. 2. When there is a packet arrival, get the packet, obtain the creation time, write out its ETE delay as a global statistic and destroy the packet. 3. Incorporate new sink process model into existing node model. 4. Create ETE delay statistic probe. 4. Run simulation for a duration of 2,000 seconds to ensure convergence. 5. Filter the “View Results” graphs to answer questions....
