The research has a root intention, started from manager’s dilemma. In these near years, employee turnover rate is very high (from 20% - near 35% in per head office, branch offices). Expenditure for recruiting new employee is very high. After recruiting, newcomers need probationary process, they maybe pass or fail, even if newcomer fails, the company lost more expenditure for looking for other candidates, for training, etc.

Csk-binding protein⁄phosphoprotein associated with glycosphingolipid-enriched domains is a transmembrane adaptor protein primarily involved in negative regulation of T-cell activation by recruitment of C-terminal Src kinase (Csk), a protein tyrosine kinase which represses Src kinase activity through C-terminal phosphorylation. Recruitment of Csk occurs via SH2-domain binding to PAG pTyr317, thus, the interaction is highly dependent on phosphorylation performed by the Src family kinase Fyn, which docks onto PAG using a dual-domain binding mode involving both SH3- and SH2-domains of Fyn....

Erythropoietin (Epo) is a hematopoietic cytokine that is crucial for the differentiation and proliferation of erythroid progenitor cells. Epo acts on its target cells by inducing homodimerization of the erythropoietin receptor (EpoR), thereby triggering intracellular signaling cascades. The EpoR encompasses eight tyrosine motifs on its cytoplasmic tail that have been shown to recruit a number of regulatory proteins.

Purified human Rad51 and Rad52 proteins exhibit multiple oligomeric states, in vitro. Single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) renders high molecular weight aggregates of both proteins into smaller and soluble forms that include even the monomers. Consequently, these proteins that have a pro-pensity to interact with each other’s higher order forms by themselves, start interacting with monomeric forms in the presence of ssDNA, presumably reflecting the steps of protein assembly on DNA.

Leukocyte rolling is an important step for the successful recruitment of leu-kocytes into tissue and occurs predominantly in inflamed microvessels and in high endothelial venules of secondary lymphoid organs. Leukocyte roll-ing is mediated by a group of C-type lectins, termed selectins. Three differ-ent selectins have been identified – P-, E- and L-selectin – which recognize and bind to crucial carbohydrate determinants on selectin ligands.

Subendothelial collagen plays an important role, via both direct and indir-ect mechanisms, in the initiation of thrombus formation at sites of vascular injury. Collagen binds plasma von Willebrand factor, which mediates plate-let recruitment to collagen under high shear.

Our Leadership IQ study of 20,000 new hires (reported in Fortune and Forbes) found that the number one reason why new hires fail is that they are not coachable. A high performance workplace is dependent upon employees that have the ability to accept and implement feedback from bosses, colleagues, customers and other key players. There is no point in investing time and energy in people who are not going to positively respond. Doing so is a time consuming and exhausting exercise in futility.
