The study which applies quantitative methods along with the support of EVIEWS software points out a statistical significance relationship. Firstly, the CS has a contrariwise impact on ROA but no effect on ROE and ROS. Secondly, among control variables (asset structure, expenditure ratio, revenue), the expenditure ratio is the only one showing a contrariwise impact on ROS and the rest has no statistical significance.

The purpose of this study was to investigates factors that affect the intention to participate in voluntary social insurance of workers. The study adopted a structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the preferred factors that affect workers’ intention to participate with a sample of 240 respondents in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. The results show that TRA and TPB theories provide an appropriate model for explaining customer intention to participate; especially with Moral Responsibility, Understanding, Attitude, State Contribution Support and Customer Consulting.

This research develops a rich theoretical and empirical understanding of embeddedness by way of three dimensions (structural, relational and cultural), and investigates its implications for actors’ value co-creation behaviours and value-in-context outcomes. The thesis research followed a constructivist assumption to claim knowledge. The strategy of inquiry was the case study taking the multiple-case, comparative design. Three case studies were conducted in this thesis. The research method mainly relied on open-ended interviews supported by semi-structured interviews and triangulations using documentation and archival records. It basically took the qualitative approach. The three case study organisations are typical large organisations and major employers of the Hong Kong IT workforce.
