-Hẹp van hai lá thường gặp ở VN.
-Chiếm 40,3% trong bệnh tim, 99% do hậu
thấp.
-70% bệnh hẹp van hai lá có tiền sử thấp
khớp.
-Nữ chiếm 70%.
• Hẹp van hai (bẩm sinh): van hai lá hình dù.
• Biến chứng của lupus ban đỏ.
• Do mảnh sùi của viêm nội tâm mạc nhiễm
trùng.
• U nhầy nhĩ trái.
