Chemical constituents of the essential oil from the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale collected in Cả pass mountain region, Vietnam
The chemical composition of the ginger oil from fresh rhizomes of Zingiber officinale was analyzed by GC-MS. The essential oil consists predominantly of monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids, including α-pinene, limonene, δ-3-carene, γ-terpinene, α-phellandrene, and β-caryophyllene.
