L.A. Doan received the B.S. degree in mechatronic engineering
from Danang University of Technology, Danang, Vietnam, in 2008
and the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from National
Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in
2012. He received the Ph.D. degree in micro and nanotechnologies,
acoustics and telecommunications at Polytechnic University of
Hauts-de-France, Valenciennes, France. From 2012 to 2014, he was
a lecturer at the University of Technology and Education - The
University of Danang, Danang, Vietnam. His research interest
includes the mobiles robots, micro and nano air vehicles.
S. Grondel (IEMN) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in
electronical and acoustical Engineering from Valenciennes
University, France, in 1997 and 2000, respectively. Between 2001
and 2010, he worked as a research Associate at the Electronic,
Microelectronic and Nanoelectronic department of Valenciennes
University, focusing on health monitoring of aeronautic structures
using elastic guided waves and multi-array piezoelectric
transducers. Since 2011, he is a Professor in the same department
and teacher at the engineering school ENSIAME. His current
research activities include modeling and control of macro- and
micro- mechatronic systems through the use of the Bond Graph
methodology. He contributes on the design and development of a
nano flying insect called ``OVMI'' as well as on new ionic
polymers actuators. He has authored more than 70 published
journal and conference papers related to smart material, ultrasonic
and mechatronic. He is an elected member of the national Research
evaluation in Electronics field (CNU 63) and belongs to the
Editorial Board of the Horizon Research Publishing Coorporation.
He is also a fellow member of the French Acoustical(SFA) and
