BEGINNING
1. The urgency of the title: President Ho Chi Minh is one of the few leaders in the world who pays his special attention to a spiritual field that is characteristic of the nation, for the community, that is ethics. Moreover, he cleverly awakened and promoted moral values, turned it into a great power to contribute to the abolition of the old social regime that had become outdated, corrupt, reactionary and built a society new progress, nice. With a huge theoretical legacy that he left behind in many fields such as politics, economics, diplomacy, military, ... the field of ethics is the most unique because it is not just precious opinions and arguments ethical values but also a typical example, vividly and specific expression of those views.
If the entire thought and active life of Ho Chi Minh were to bring true independence to the country, to get the people out of slavery and misery, Ho Chi Minh's morality was also service. for that purpose. The good ethical qualities that Ho Chi Minh embodied have become the goal that every Vietnamese is aiming for. At the same time, his moral example also represents the quintessence, the best ethical things of the nation and humanity that motivated and attracted all classes of people to change force and strength were not prevented by any force and brought Ho Chi Minh's noble ideals into a vivid revolutionary reality. Not only seeing the tasks to be solved in the present, but also seeing the work of the future, the force responsible for it is none other than the young generation. Therefore, Ho Chi Minh paid special love and attention to the development of the class who succeeds in the career of his father's generation. Ho Chi Minh emphasized that the Party, State and society need to plan and implement to educate and foster them into human beings whose elements of comprehensive development are "virtuous", has "talent", deserves to become the revolutionary generation next to his father's generation. In the Testament, he told: "The Party needs to take care of educating them on revolutionary morals, training them to be the heirs to build socialism both" pink "and" specialized ". Tay Nguyen University’s students have both common characteristics of Vietnamese students, and also have specific characteristics. Studying in mountainous provinces, home to many ethnic minorities with underdeveloped socio-economic level in general, students are still the subject of reactionary forces foreign countries tend to entice, seduce, incite to join their riots or disturbances. However, the majority of Tay Nguyen University’s students believe in the leadership of the Party, in the development orientation of the country to socialism, many students actively strive to stand in the ranks of the Party, enthusiastic about volunteer activities, dedicating youth to the community, making efforts in learning, actively doing scientific research and practicing ethics. However, there is still a part of students that have not paid attention to fostering morality, have a lifestyle that promotes their own interests, emphasizes material things, and disregards spiritual values because they do not bring them their concerns. Beneficial for them, not having the right motivation, so being lazy in studying and working, lack of effort to overcome difficulties in learning and life, dishonesty, indifference to the life situation of all aspects of the world localities, of the country, have not yet shown the necessary responsibilities of an active member and citizen towards the family, community and society. In the coming time, in order to contribute to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of education and training, especially moral education for students, universities in the Central Highlands need to research. and propose ways to solve problems and operate to suit the unique characteristics of each school, while continuing to implement Directive 05 - CT/TW.
Stemming from the theoretical basis and especially in the face of the above practical requirements, I chose the title: "Issues in the education of Ho Chi Minh's moral example for Tay Nguyen University’s students today" my thesis title.
2. Research purposes and tasks 2.1. Purpose On the basis of clarifying the theoretical issues, analyzing the current situation of Ho Chi Minh General Director's education for students in the Central Highlands universities today, the thesis proposes ways to solve problems and activities to improve effective education of General Director of Ho Chi Minh for Tay Nguyen University’s students today.
2.2. Mission To achieve the above purpose, the thesis implements the following tasks: - Overview of research related to thesis topic; - Clarifying the theoretical issues about the education of Ho Chi Minh General

3. Object and scope of the thesis research 3.1. Research subjects The object of the thesis research is General Director education of Ho Chi Minh for
Tay Nguyen University’s students today.
3.2. Research scope - About the content: The thesis focuses on studying the education of Ho Chi Minh General Director for students of universities in the Central Highlands through two main methods: teaching activities of social sciences & humanities, especially the political theory and practical activities organized by Youth Union and students Association.
- In terms of space: Ho Chi Minh General Director Education for Tay Nguyen University’s students today, through a survey of three schools: Tay Nguyen University, Dalat University and Buon Ma Thuot University.
- About time: from 2011 to present. The author took the 2011 milestone as the time when the Politburo issued Directive No.03 - CT/TW (May 14, 2011) on "Continue to promote learning and follow Ho Chi Minh's moral example".
4. Theoretical basis and research method 4.1. Theoretical basis The thesis is done on the theoretical basis of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, the views of the Communist Party of Vietnam on students and moral education for students.
4.2. Research Methods To carry out the task of the thesis, the author has used the methodology of dialectical materialism, historical materialism and combined with specific research methods such as:

But those research results will be necessary documents to help the author have a basis to develop the content of his research topic.

CHAPTER 2 SOME THEORETICAL ISSUES IN EDUCATION OF HO CHI MINH’ S MORAL EXAMPLE FOR TAY NGUYEN UNIVERSITY’S STUDENTS NOW
2.1. Some basic concepts 2.1.1. Student ethics and ethics education for students 2.1.1.1. 2.3.1. Characteristics of Tay Nguyen University’s students * Overview of Tay Nguyen universities Tay Nguyen University (established in 1977), at present, the university is allowed to train at university level with 42 majors, master's level with 11 branches and doctoral level with 4 majors. The school currently has 703 staff members, with 449 employees being teachers, teachers of professors, associate professors, doctors, masters, specialist I, specialist II doctors.
Dalat University (established in 1976) is currently allowed to train many disciplines at many levels (doctoral, master, university, college, professional secondary). The university currently has a large staff of 500 people, of which 317 are teachers, teachers with associate professors, doctoral degrees and masters degrees.

Buon Ma Thuot University was born to meet the urgent needs of the people of Dak Lak province in particular and the Tay Nguyen in general for a team of nurses, doctors, pharmacists in healthcare and medical examination and treatment. Buon Ma Thuot University is currently training two majors: General Medicine (General Doctor) and Pharmacology (University Pharmacist) regular system.
* Some basic characteristics of Tay Nguyen University’s students Most of Tay Nguyen University’s students are children of ethnic groups living in Tay Nguyen and a part of them come from the South Central Coast. The outstanding feature about Tay Nguyen University’s students is that they belong to many different ethnic groups, with uneven cognitive abilities.
Bring the good things of ethnic minorities and people living in rural areas such as: gentle, honest, hardworking ... In a pedagogical environment, students have obeyed the school's regulations, ceremony allowed with teachers, cordiality with friends.
It is still limited in using and communicating in Mandarin, so it affects the ability to absorb, receive and participate in activities and movements designed and organized by educational subjects.
For students living in mountainous and border areas, inheriting the good things of the nation, the locality has a deep sense of protecting and preserving the border security of the country has been very active, enthusiastic and enthusiastic about activities organized by social organizations. Although living and studying conditions are still difficult, many students have the spirit to make efforts to overcome to "practice the virtue".
Due to living in mountainous areas, the limited updating of information leads to limited social understanding of a part of students, and the remnants of backward thinking and lifestyle.

The author of the dissertation analyzes, researches and points out basic contradictions that need to be resolved, thereby overcoming the above situation and improving the efficiency of General Director education of Ho Chi Minh for Tay Nguyen University’s students. This contradiction is expressed in stages, elements of the process of educating General Director of Ho Chi Minh for Tay Nguyen University’s students, becoming the problem that needs to be solved. From being aware of the problems posed, the author of the thesis has proposed groups of basic solutions to be implemented in the coming time. The system of solutions to be implemented, includes: Raising awareness of the importance and responsibility of the Party Committee, the Rector Board for General Director education of Ho Chi Minh for students; improving the effectiveness of Ho Chi Minh General Director's education for students through the teaching of political theory subjects; improve the effectiveness of Ho Chi Minh General Director's education for students through activities and movements organized by the Youth Union and Student Union as a practice environment for the learned moral theories; strengthen the close coordination between home, school and society; Promoting the active subject role of students in learning and training according to General Director of Ho Chi Minh. Good implementation of these solutions will contribute to making Ho Chi Minh really go into the spiritual and emotional life feelings and actions of Tay Nguyen University’s students. Since then, contribute to the training and retraining of students who have both "virtue" and "talent", contributing to the economic and social development of the Tay Nguyen region and the whole country.
