SUMMARY
Title: Influencing factors Quality of retail banking services at Joint Stock
Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam Binh Duong
branch.
Summary: In recent years, retail banking services have been a key focus for
development by banks. In a fiercely competitive environment, improving the quality
of retail banking services is one of the important solutions for BIDV Binh Duong to
develop retail banking activities.
The topic " Factors affecting the quality of retail banking services at Joint
Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam Binh Duong
branch" was carried out to analyze the current status of service quality. retail
banking at BIDV Binh Duong. From there, we propose some policy implications to
improve the quality of retail banking services of BIDV Binh Duong in the current
period.
Using qualitative research methods combined with quantitative research
methods, the study analyzed data on retail banking activities at BIDV Binh Duong
in the period 2019 - 2022 , surveying with a sample size of 148 including
employees. members related to NHBL services and customers using BIDV Binh
Duong products . Research results show that customers are quite satisfied with the
quality of banking services at BIDV Binh Duong . To achieve the goal of being the
No. 1 bank in terms of customer satisfaction, the project has proposed a number of
policy implications to improve the quality of retail banking services at BIDV Binh
Duong.
