Luận văn Thạc sĩ Quản trị kinh doanh: Phát triển nguồn nhân lực tại Sân bay Quốc tế Đà Nẵng của Công ty Cổ phần VietNam Airlines chi nhánh khu vực miền Trung là một nghiên cứu thực nghiệm về phát triển nguồn nhân lực trong doanh nghiệp, tập trung vào áp dụng các giải pháp để phát triển nguồn nhân lực tại sân bay Quốc tế Đà Nẵng của Công ty Cổ phần Vietnam Airlines chi nhánh khu vực Miền Trung. Throught this research, the author analyzes factors affecting the development of human resources at Đà Nẵng International Airport and provides several recommendations to develop human resources effectively in the company.

This thesis focuses on developing human resources at Đà Nẵng International Airport, a subsidiary of Vietnam Airlines' Central Region. The research is divided into three sections: foundations for human resource development, current status of human resource development at Đà Nẵng International Airport, and proposed solutions for human resource development. After analyzing the factors affecting human resource development at Đà Nẵng International Airport, the author offers several recommendations to develop human resources effectively in the company. The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of human resource development at Đà Nẵng International Airport and can serve as a reference for similar research on human resource development in businesses.
