Summary of PhD dissertation: Study on the identification of the minimum flow for sustainable water resources management in downstream of the Ma River

The study objectives of this dessertation include: To study and develop a scientific basis for determining the minimum flow in the downstream of Ma River to meet the minimum water demand of water users and maintain the aquatic ecosystems in the downstream of the Ma river. To study and propose solutions to maintain the minimum flow to ensure the sustainable development of water resources in the downstream of the Ma river.
