Summary of the Doctoral dissertation in Law: The government’s responsibility to the national assembly under the Vietnamese law

The dissertation aims to clarify the theoretical and practical issues on the Government’s responsibility to the NA. It also proposes viewpoints and solutions to further improve functions and duties of the two agencies, and ensuring direct and indirect regulations on the Government’s responsibility to the NA are enforced in practice.
