Summary of the Phd thesis international Law: The practice and theory of investment protection under ASEAN’s investment agreements in the current context

The research purpose of the thesis is to clarify the theoretical and legal issues of investment protection in international law and the relationship between ASEAN and international law as a part of the international law; investment protection in ASEAN investment agreements; Legal issues on investment protection in Vietnam, from there, propose some solutions to improve efficiency in this activity in Vietnam.
