Creation of regional tourism brands rather than relying upon cheaper products
Sustainable perspectives and high quality, viable environments
Supporting the social and economic objectives of central government with tourism development and sustainable environmental policies

Harmonizing sectoral development policies with national development schemes
To closely trace global trends and demands and build up plans and conduct practices accordingly
Multi-functional approach, by focusing on destinations
Diversifying tourism products based on tourist profile
Promoting eco-, plateau- and agricultural tourism
Effective domestic, international promotions and marketing efforts
Tourism specific to region or locality, tourism cities with focus on alternative tourism (health, thermal, golf, winter
sports, nature trips and etc.), capable of offering an ample variety of tourism facilities, along with such utilities as health, education and etc.,
Tourism as an effective tool for development of backward regions and disadvantaged groups
Active involvement of private sector enterprises in tourism infrastructure and transportation projects,
