Viral diagnosis and molecular characterization of Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 virus in the 2009 outbreak in Thua Thien Hue province

InfluenzaA (H1N1) 2009 virus caused the pandemic worldwide and in Vietnam, the outbreak occurred after a case imported from the U.S. Our study provided the data on viral diagnosis and molecular epidemiology of influenza H1N1 2009 virus isolated in Thua Thien Hue, central of Vietnam.
