CONVERSATION ROBO company has a big problem in business. So today, we who are represent of company hold a meeting about it.
CONVERSATION Leader and her colleagues have short conversation to solve this problem.
LEADER Our products aren’t innovative and creativity enough. Do you have any idea to solve this problem?
NGOC DUNG  Employeesare an important part in leading every company to success.
NGOC DUNG  Givebonus or other prize for good employees such as high salary...
NGOC DUNG  thecompany also has some kind of strict policies to bad workers. For example reduce salary, cut bonus.... or even fire them if they can't do anything useful for the company 's benefit...
THU PHUONG  Leader: How about you, Phuong?  Should improve management skills of leadership. Because: Human resources are not qualified enough.  Science and technology has not developed. Managers don’t convey great ideas for all staff effectively. Do not know how to make plans and make statements.
