Doctoral thesis of Philosophy: An investigation of the public value of e-government in Sri Lanka

This research "An investigation of the public value of e-government in Sri Lanka" aims to investigate the public value of e-government in Sri Lanka. Specifically it aims to (a) identify the critical factors for evaluating the public value of e-government, (b) develop a framework for evaluating the public value of egovernment, and (c) provide Sri Lanka government with some appropriate recommendations for improving the performance of e-government.
