Identification and characterization of genes encoding phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C revealed role in drought stress condition in cassava (Manihot esculenta)
Phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C (PI-PLC) has been known as one of the key enzymes that involved in the phospholipid hydrolysis. However, the PI-PLC family in cassava has not been fully recorded. In this study, a comprehensive analysis of the PI-PLC family in cassava assembly has been performed based on various bioinformatics tools.
