The impact of personality traits on work outcomes of officers at administrative units of the Hanoi people’s committee

The study aims to analyse the impact of personality traits on work outcomes of officers at the Administrative units of the Hanoi People’s Committee. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data from 455 officers.
