Sheet 05-02 (1 sheet): discussion initiation sheet;
II. Procedures to perform module 5, level 1
Procedure 1: Introduce the topic of module 5. Install the sheet 05-02
(Module 5, initiation discussion sheet) in front of the participants.
Procedure 2: Begin to launch group discussion with the colour cartons series
05-01. Introduce opening questions to the participants. Observe the
ideas initiated from discussion. Encourage and guide the
discussion to help the participants arrived the appropriate answers
about the discussion theme. Gradually attach the colour cartons of
series 05-01 on their reference cells on the 05-02 sheet when the
correct answers are obtained.
Procedure 3: All the colour cartons of series 05-01 should have been
attached accordingly on their appropriate reference cells of the 05-
02 sheet. Discuss in syntheses with the participants about the
organizational structure and administration of the cooperative

Present the integrated result of discussion and make final conclusion
with the participants about the organizational structure and
administration of cooperative through Desroche Quadrilateral.

Böôùc 1: Giôùi thieäu chuû ñeà cuûa Module 5. Treo hay trình baøy baûng 05-
02 (baûng giuùp khôûi ñoäng thaûo luaän) tröôùc hoïc vieân.
Böôùc 2: Baét ñaàu khôûi ñoäng thaûo luaän vôùi caùc bìa maøu (series 05-01).
Ñaët caùc caâu hoûi gôïi môû ñoái vôùi hoïc vieân. Ghi nhaän taát caû caùc yù
kieán thaûo luaän. Khuyeán khích vaø daãn daét thaûo luaän ñeå hoïc
vieân ñöa ra yù kieán phuø hôïp vôùi yù töôûng veà chuû ñeà thaûo luaän
cuûa module. Ñính daàn caùc bìa maøu cuûa series 05-01 leân caùc oâ
töông öùng treân baûng 05-02 khi coù caâu traû lôøi ñuùng.
Böôùc 3: Taát caû caùc bìa maøu cuûa series 05-01 ñaõ ñöôïc ñaët vaøo vò trí
thích hôïp. Thaûo luaän moät caùch toång hôïp vôùi caùc hoïc vieân veà
caáu truùc vaø toå chöùc cuûa HTX thoâng qua moâ hình töù giaùc
Desroches.
Böôùc 4: Trình baøy baûng toùm taét keát quaû thaûo luaän s vaø keát luaän cuøng
vôùi hoïc vieân veà caáu truùc vaø toå chöùc cuûa HTX thoâng qua moâ
hình töù giaùc Desroches.
