To complete this internship report, I would first like to thank the Board of Directors
of the College of Commerce and the Teachers/Teachers of the Faculty of Foreign
Languages for giving me the opportunity to participate in the internship in the
environment I want. The internship time has helped me understand many new things in
the profession and learn more useful knowledge to help me in my future jobs.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to 3FAST VN Co., Ltd - where I have had
the opportunity to intern for the past 12 weeks. I would like to express my gratitude to the
Board of Directors and colleagues has created a favorable environment and conditions for
her to be exposed and learn about reality during her internship at the company. During
the internship process, I had many valuable experiences as a real salesperson in the
information technology industry, helping me understand the industry better. They have
always supported me from the beginning of the company, solved some problems related
to the internship, helped me orient, gave frank advice to help me complete the internship
and this report is the best.
I am extremely grateful to Mrs. Le Nguyen Kim Oanh - she has dedicatedly guided
and conveyed valuable knowledge and experience to me during the process of learning
and making internship reports.
In particular, I would like to thank Ms. Phan Thi Y Thuan at 3FAST VN Company -
who wholeheartedly helped, supported, instructed and created the most favourable
conditions for me during the internship. Thanks to the dedicated instructions of Ms.
Thieu Thi Duyen, I have learned a lot of practical knowledge, professional skills and
valuable experience.
The dedicated support, help and guidance of Mrs. Le Nguyen Kim Oanh and Ms.
Thieu Thi Duyen helped me excellently complete the assigned tasks and learn many
useful lessons for myself.
