First of all, I would like to say thank you to lecturers of the Faculty of
Interdisciplinary Studies Foreign Languages Information Technology, as well as
the Academy of Public Administration and Governance.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to M.A. m Th Thuân for
her guidance in supervising my thesis and for her constant support and valuable
academic guidance. The comments and advice of this supervisor significantly affected
the research direction and quality, which motivated me to complete the thesis.
In addition, I would like to say thanks to English Major students of the
Academy of Public Administration and Governance for their participation in the
questionnaire and interviews. Their willingness to share their experiences and views
provided valuable data for the research, which played an important part in completing
the research.
Even though much effort has been put into the research, there remain some
limitations, which I believe can be greatly supported by comments and advice from
