Objectives
After this class, students will
Have knowledge on physical structures and operation of
semiconductor devices (diode, BJT, MOSFET)
Have basic knowledge on electronics circuits
Be able to analyze and design some basic electronic circuits
(rectifiers, amplifiers, regulators)
Be able to determine the parameters of necessary components to
design a particular circuits
Be able to master design software (C. Maker, Proteus, LTSPICE)
Be able to work in team
Be able to make a presentation

Have basic knowledge on semiconductor materials
Distinguish large signal eq.circuit from small sig. eq.
circuit
Analysis methods:
Node & loop
Superposition, Thevenin and Norton equivalent circuit
Semiconductor technology
Basic technology (doping, oxidation, lithography etc.)
PN junction
