- Week: 08 Period: 29 UNIT 5: CAN YOU SWIM? Lesson 3 (1, 2, 3) I. Objectives: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: 1. Knowledge: Ask and answer question about whether someone can do something. Pronounce the letter s in sing, and the letter cluster sw in swim. Listen and number the sentences. Then say them aloud. Say the chant Can you sing? Sentence Patterns: Revision Vocabulary: Revision 2. Skills: Listening and speaking. 3. Attitudes/ Quality: To help Ss loving English. 4. Forming competence: Be proactive when performing tasks Have communication skills and active participate in teamwork II. - A. Warm up Ask Ss to sing “Can you swim” song Sing Can you swim? (5’) Lead to new lesson Task 1. Listen and repeat B.
