The thesis "Impact of capital structure on performance of listed material manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam" aims to determine the impact and degree of impact of capital structure on the performance of listed material manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam from 2012-2021.

In addition to the introduction, conclusion, the thesis is divided into three chapters: Basic theory of bad debt management of commercial bank; current situation of bad debt management at Techcombank; solution for bad debt management at Techcombank.

Based on theoretical and practical research, the thesis proposes solutions to complete the discounted cash flow method of business valuation in Vietnam in the coming time.

The thesis focuses on researching the risk management capability at commercial banks; the thesis analyzes the current situation of risk management capacity at Techcombank for the period of 2014 - 2019. The solution will be implemented according to the roadmap to 2030.
