The role of multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) in diagnosing and staging 31 patients with laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: Patients with laryngeal carcinoma were diagnosed at Hue central hospital from February 2019 to July 2020. Patients were clinically diagnosed patients of laryngeal masses, were first evaluated under indirect laryngoscopy, and then sent for Computed Tomography (CT).

Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the common types of cancer in Vietnam. Over 50% of GCs are diagnosed at an unresectable stage. Deficiency in mismatch repair proteins (MMR) leading to microsatellite instability (MSI-H) is a crucial prognostic factor currently under investigation in these patients. This study aimed to determine the rate of MMR protein expression and its correlation with clinical characteristics, histopathological features, and overall survival in unresectable GC patients.

Childhood sarcoidosis is a rare multisystemic granulomatous disorder of unknown etiology. The diagnosis is often delayed due to lacking of recognition of clinical features. We report a 23 month-old boy who presented with multiple pinkish papules and painless cystic swellings in his ankles and wrists. A skin biopsy showed multiple sarcoidal granulomatous lesions.
